Ci Mini Camp – November 2-4

The registration deadline for Ci Mini Camp is Monday, October 3.  More information about the trip as well as the registration form can be found in the Resource Documents on RenWeb.

Class Photos

Class photo orders should be turned in with payment to your child’s teacher by Friday, October 7.

College Preparation Meeting (grades 9-12) – October 10 at 7 p.m.

Student and parents are invited to come hear information about preparing for college on Monday, October 10, at 7 p.m. in M202/204. Please RSVP to Miss Shoemake (laurashoemake@hamptonpark.org) if you plan to attend.

Bob Jones Festival

Bob Jones Festival will be held October 31 – November 3 for Upper School students in various fine arts categories. For students who will be attending, Mrs. Kilpatrick will provide information about BJ’s new on-line registration. Be watching for details.

Parent Alert by RenWeb is a new text and voice notification system that will allow us to contact you via text and/or voice message in case of emergencies or for time sensitive information. To sign up for this service, login to RenWeb, click “Web Forms” link and click “Information Update 2016.” At the bottom of the page, complete the “Parent Alert Information” for both parents/guardians. By selecting the phone and entering “no” at the bottom of the form, you are agreeing to allow us to send text messages to the phone you select.

Lost and Found

Missing a backpack, jacket, book or glasses? Lost and Found is located in the MAC behind the door to the right of the fireplace. Our Tuesday Moms have done a great job of organizing the lost and found, so go by to look for your missing item. Check the office for items of value.

Art Classroom Needs

Thank you for your response in sending in items for our new art classroom.  However, we could use more of the following items: newspapers, yarn, fabric, car magazines, animal magazines, travel books (i.e. – tourism/travel agent brochures and magazines) with photos of landscapes, and art reproductions from calendars. These items may be sent to school with your child at any time.
