Teachers’ Convention

Teachers’ Convention is Thursday and Friday, September 28-29. There will be no school or child care.

Fall Used Book Sale

The Fall Used Book Sale is Wednesday through Friday, October 4-6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Library. We are not collecting books this year, but any donations will be accepted. All books will be sold for $1.00 or less. Friday is half-price day. All proceeds will go toward new books for the Library.

Senior Carnival

Senior Carnival is Friday, October 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Be watching for details and ticket information.

College Meeting (Grades 9-12) – October 24

Students and parents are invited to attend the College Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, at 7:00 p.m. in M-202/204. Please RSVP to Miss Shoemake (laurashoemake@hamptonpark.org) if you plan to attend.

Bob Jones Festival

The Bob Jones Festival (BJ Fest) will be held October 31 – November 2 for Upper School students competing in various fine arts categories. Permission forms will be coming out soon and applications will be completed on-line at school.

Varsity Boys Soccer – Please note

Previously, there was no practice scheduled for Monday, October 2; however, the team will stay after school for class time in M-209 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Please make a note of this change.

Basketball Try-Outs

Try-outs for all basketball teams will be held the week of October 30-November 3. Students in grades 6-12 who try out must have a current Pre-Participation Athletic Forms 1 and 2 on file in the office. The forms are located in the office and on RenWeb under Resource Documents.

Lost and Found

Missing a lunchbox, hoodie, or book? Lost and Found is located in the MAC (A Building) behind the door to the right of the fireplace. If your child is missing an item of value (glasses, phone, jewelry), please check with the office.


The Library is open for Upper and Lower School students from 12:00-3:30 each weekday afternoon.
