Upcoming Events


Lower School students will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday and Friday, October 19-20, for parent/teacher conferences. There will be no school for K4/K5. Upper School students will have a regular schedule on October 19, and will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. on October 20. Child care will be available at 11:30 a.m. for students in grades 1-6.

Senior Carnival

Senior Carnival is Friday, October 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets ($4) for the pizza lunch must be purchased by tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18, and game tickets may be purchased ahead of time in the classroom or at the door of the event. Lower school students will need to have adult supervision at the Carnival, or they may stay for late stay and be charged accordingly.

Report Cards

On Tuesday, October 24, students in grades 1-6 will receive report cards and Upper School students’ grades will be available on RenWeb and by email.

College Meeting (Grades 9-12) – October 24

Students in grades 9-12 and their parents are invited to attend the College Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, at 7:00 p.m. in M-202/204. Please RSVP to Miss Shoemake (laurashoemake@hamptonpark.org) if you plan to attend.

Chick fil-A Chicken Biscuits

The senior class is selling Chick fil-A chicken biscuits for $3.00 each, on Tuesday, October 24, at all of the normal drop-off locations on campus.

Sword Drill (Grades 4-6)

All are invited to attend the Sword Drill for students in grades 4-6 to be held in the Collins Auditorium on Friday, October 27, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Guests may enter the Collins Building through the door facing the Brown Building and playground.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is located in the MAC (A Building) behind the door to the left of the fireplace. The last day to look through these Lost and Found items will be Friday, October 27. Remaining items will be donated to charity on Monday, October 30.

Bob Jones Festival

The Bob Jones Festival (BJ Fest) will be held October 31 – November 2 for Upper School students competing in various fine arts categories.

Lower School Soccer Camp

Lower School Soccer Camp will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, November 6, 8, and 9. Students in grades 3-6 will receive details later in October.

Basketball Try-Outs

Students in Grades 6-12 who are interested in trying out for a basketball team must have current Pre-Participation Athletic Forms Part 1 and 2 on file in the office. Students can check the bulletin boards in the Main Building or with the 6th grade teachers to see if their forms are on file. If needed, forms are located in the office and on RenWeb under Resource Documents. Try-outs for all basketball teams will take place the week of October 30-November 3 as follows:

  • MS Girls – Monday-Thursday – 3:30-5:15 p.m.
  • MS Boys – Monday-Friday – 3:30-5:15 p.m.
  • Varsity Girls – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 5:15-7:30 p.m.
  • JV/Varsity Boys – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 5:15-7:30 p.m.

General Information

Moms In Prayer

Our Moms in Prayer meet every Tuesday, at 1:00 p.m., in M-202/204, to pray for our students, faculty, and school. All ladies are invited to attend.

Tuesday Moms

If you are free on Tuesdays (even for just an hour or two) and would like to volunteer at school, then consider joining our Tuesday Moms. Tuesday Moms is a group of ladies who meet every Tuesday to help our teachers with various school projects – making copies, cutting and pasting, laminating, sorting and much, much more. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Ingles Tools for School

If you have not already done so, please link your Ingles card to Hampton Park by going to www.ingles-markets.come, click on the TFS icon, and choose “sign up online now.” Select our school and enter your 12-digit card number. Your Ingles card must be re-linked to Hampton Park each school year.

Boxtops for Education

November is our first deadline for submitting boxtops. Send in your boxtops and help us beat our biggest year ever of $3,000 earned!
