General Information

School Dismissal

Lower School – Please be reminded that Lower School dismissal is 3:05 p.m. This is a change from previous years, which may mean you need to adjust your schedule in order to avoid sitting in carline for 10-15 minutes.

Upper School – In order to avoid the car line entering through the Main Entrance, please consider using Hall Road to enter campus and pick up students in grades 7-12.

After School-Home Games-Late Stay

Please follow these guidelines regarding home game attendance:

  • Lower School – Due to DSS regulations, students in 6th grade and below must either attend late stay after school or be picked up by a parent in order to attend a home game. Students may not be in the gym without adult supervision.
  • Upper School – Students in grades 7-12 must be at late stay or in the gym or at the field by 3:40 p.m. when there is an official game. Students can check out of late stay 30 minutes before a game begins. Students who are on a team should follow the direction of the coach regarding plans prior to the game.

Campus Restrooms

When on campus for after-school activities, please make use of the outdoor restrooms located at the backside of the playground. Please enter from the upper gate by the road. If there is an event in the gym, you are welcome to use the restrooms in the gym.

Choir/Band Attire

Does your child have a choir dress that you are ready to pass down? Has your son outgrown his band vest? If you are willing to sell or donate your used choir/band attire, please bring the item(s) to the office, labeled with your name and price if selling the item, and Mrs. Kilpatrick will get back with you.
