General Information

Carline – Cell Phone Policy

For the safety of our students and as a courtesy to other drivers, please do not be on cell phones while in carline. Thank you for your assistance!

Summer Mailing

Our goal is to have information available to you as soon as you will need it. For this reason, we plan to make some changes regarding our Summer Mailing. The final school calendar, Lower School supply list, Upper School schedules, Lower School class assignments, textbook lists, locker assignments and the Summer Preview will all be made available, but not in one mailing at the beginning of July like in the past. Instead, lists like textbook lists and school supply lists will be made available at the beginning of the summer so that parents to begin shopping. Lower School class assignments will be made available toward the end of the summer when Upper School locker assignments are available. Information will be posted on ParentsWeb under Resource Documents whenever it is available. As always, contact the school office with any questions.

2018 Child Care Statement

If you need a copy of your 2018 Child Care Statement for tax purposes, parents may print a payment summary. While in FACTS, choose “view payment summary,” select the year, and print from the icon at the top right of the screen. The printed transaction detail will include the HP logo, address and tax ID number.
