Mid-Quarter Reports come out on September 12 for students in grades 4-12.

Class Photos

If you wish to order a 5 x 7 print of your child’s class for $5, please return the form and payment to your child’s teacher by Friday, September 13.

Teachers Convention – September 26-27

There will be no school or child care on September 26-27.

Lost and Found

The current Lost and Found is full to overflowing. Students are missing lunch boxes, water bottles, jackets, uniforms, outerwear, PE attire, backpacks, and more! Please take time each month to visit Lost and Found in the MAC (A Building) to claim items belonging to your family. The current Lost and Found items will be available to claim through Friday, September 27.

No Child Care – October 18

Please make a note and plan ahead, on the day of our Senior Carnival on Friday, October 18, we will NOT have Child Care. Any Lower School student who attends Senior Carnival should have adult supervision for the event.

Picture Proofs – Make Up Picture Day

Picture proofs have been sent home today. Go to mylifetouch.com to view all of the image options and to place an order. Make Up Picture Day is scheduled for October 22.

Honor Society Induction – September 19

Honor Society Induction will be held on Thursday, September 19, at 10:20 a.m., in the Main Auditorium.

College Parent Meeting – September 24

What can students be doing now to prepare for college? What scholarships are available? Is involvement in sports, honor society, and extracurricular events important for college acceptance? How important is class placement? Find answers to all of these questions and more at the College Meeting on Tuesday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m., in M202/204. At this informative meeting, parents of students in grades 9-12 will have the opportunity to meet college representatives and ask questions. To RSVP for this event, please go to this link.

Does your child need a specific book for a report? You can use this link to see if the library has it. Students are welcome to email our librarian, Mrs. Lankford (carollankford@hamptonpark.org), to have a book reserved. Additionally, if the library doors are opened, a student can drop by and check out a book. The library is also open on Thursday and Friday from 10:55-11:05 a.m., for the convenience of the Upper School students.

General Information

Moms In Prayer

Are you interested in meeting school moms or grandmas? Do you want to focus on praying for our school, students, and teachers? Moms in Prayer may be just the group for you! Moms in Prayer meets every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., in M-202/204. All ladies are welcome to join this prayer group!

Instrument and Voice Lessons

It’s not too late for students to sign up for instrument or voice lessons. If you would like your child to take lessons, please fill out a music lesson form (available on FACTS/ParentsWeb or at the office) and return it to the office.

Handicapped Parking Spaces

Please do not park in handicapped parking spaces unless you have a disabled parking permit.

After School-Home Games-Late Stay

Please follow these guidelines regarding home game attendance:

  • Lower School – According to our child care regulations, students in 6th grade and below must either be picked up by a parent in order to attend a home game or go to late stay after school. Students may not be in the gym without adult supervision.
  • Upper School – Students in grades 7-12 must be at late stay or in the gym or at the field by 3:40 p.m. when there is an official game. Students can check out of late stay 30 minutes before a game begins. Students who are on a team should follow the direction of the coach regarding plans prior to the game.
