Upcoming Events

The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie

It’s not too late to purchase tickets to attend Panther Players presentation of The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie. Drop by the table past the offices in the Main Building from 8:00-8:30 a.m. or 3:15-3:40 p.m. to secure your tickets. You may pay by cash or check, and the tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students, and $3 for HPCS students. Performances will be Thursday, December 7, and Friday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, December 9, at 2:00 p.m.

Festival of Trees

Go by the Downtown Hyatt anytime from now to December 31 to visit the St. Francis Festival of Trees. Mrs. Panosian’s art classes have worked hard to design and decorate the HP tree that is on display on the Mezzanine Level.

Lower School Spirit Day

The Lower School will be having a Spirit Day on Friday, December 8. Students should plan to wear their class shirts.

Christmas Programs

Please plan to join us for one of Hampton Park’s Christmas Programs! All of the programs are held in the Main Auditorium at 7:00 p.m.

Christmas From the Heart  (Grades 3-6) – December 12

  • Girls should wear Christmas dresses or outfits (skirts/tops) with dress shoes (no tennis shoes).
  • Boys should wear dark pants, long-sleeved dress shirts or sweaters, and dress shoes (no tennis shoes).

Born ’Neath a Star (Upper School) – December 14

  • 7-8th Grade Girls: Black choir dresses or black maxi skirts with any top/sweater, dark tights, and dark shoes.
  • 7-8th Grade Boys: Black pants, black shoes, black socks, and white long-sleeved dress shirt.
  • 9-12th Grade Girls: Choir dress with black tights and black shoes.
  • 9-12th Grade Boys: Black pants, black bow tie, black vest, black socks and dark shoes, and white long-sleeved dress shirt or tux shirt.

T’was the Night Before Christmas (Grades K4-2) – December 19

  • Girls should wear Christmas dresses or outfits (skirts/tops) with dress shoes (no tennis shoes).
  • Boys should wear dark pants, long-sleeved dress shirts or sweaters, and dress shoes (no tennis shoes).

Christmas Break

Please be reminded that school dismisses at 11:30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, December 18 and 19. Child care is available, but the lunch room will not be serving lunch these days. Students will need to bring a lunch. On Wednesday, December 20, school will dismiss at 11:00 a.m. No child care will be available on this day.

General Information


Quite a few students, as well as teachers, have been battling sickness. Please be reminded to keep sick students home from school until they have been fever-free and symptom free from the stomach bug for 24 hours. Thank you for your assistance in following this policy and helping to prevent the spread of sickness.
